Combining a business background with construction experience and a passion for the outdoors, William “Guy” Pyne has been the driving force in building Dooley-Pyne into a nationally recognized landscape and snow removal company. While much of William’s horticultural experience has come through hands-on, real-life experience, he has bolstered his acumen in this area with numerous seminars and professional certifications.
William is ever present at Dooley-Pyne, holding accountability for all aspects of the company’s performance. He is also actively involved in the community – regularly supporting and giving back to local organizations through volunteer and financial efforts – which he considers his greatest achievement.
William holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
Since joining Dooley-Pyne in 1997, Bob has held numerous positions with the organization and has developed into one of the industry’s most respected leaders. His ability to create functional yet appealing designs, his hands-on approach to client satisfaction, his unique leadership style, as well as his team mentality and employee coaching abilities, have enabled Dooley-Pyne to rise and prosper since his first day on the job.
Bob’s core responsibilities today include project estimation, scheduling, design, and most importantly, customer satisfaction.
Bob is a 1998 graduate of West Chester University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
Rob is a 2011 graduate from Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University), where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Landscape Architecture. Since joining Dooley Pyne in 2021, his core functions include operations management, enhancement sales, and design consultant for commercial and residential properties. With a background in hospitality and urban design, he brings a holistic design approach to all of his projects that focuses on the use of native plantings and finding creative solutions to achieve functional spaces that fit customer needs and wishes. His attention to detail and team first mentality have earned him numerous accolades and have made him a well respected leader within the industry. In his down time, Rob loves spending time with his young family, traveling to National Parks, and visiting his home state of Maine.
Brianna Cronan is an indispensable member of our office. She has been part of the Dooley-Pyne team for the past 20+ years. Her knowledge in regards to our customers, system, and process is extensive. Brie is always finding new ways to improve the customer experience. On her free time, Brie enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling and discovering new places.
Karen oversees our office staff. Karen is responsible for customer service activities as well as the day-to-day accounting functions. Karen’s mission is to make sure all jobs are completed to Dooley-Pyne’s expectations. Karen works closely with our Account Managers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Karen enjoys working with others and getting to know our customers.
Karen has 3 children, enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Karen is a 1991 graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A. in Psychology) and a 1993 graduate of Northeastern University (M.S. Rehabilitation Counseling)
Dan is an Account Manager who oversees operations for our residential and commercial turf maintenance programs. He believes that a well-maintained landscape design is integral to the overall visual enhancement of any property, from HOA communities, to business parks, to personal residences. In addition to overseeing our turf maintenance programs, he has also achieved numerous certifications in the horticulture field.
Dan is an avid ice hockey player and coach, who enjoys spending his free time coaching and mentoring youth hockey players in the Delaware Valley. Dan’s educational background includes the Journalism program at Pennsylvania State University and Screenwriting/Filmmaking at The University of the Arts in Center City Philadelphia. bam
Matt brings his experience of over 20 years in the Landscape & Electrical Industries with him to Dooley Pyne.
Matt’s attention to detail, eye for design, and passion for servicing our clientele, assures to provide the best experience for you.
Matt Rothhaar has become a trusted resource and valued asset due to his coordination skills. Matt’s knowledge of arrangement helps Dooley-Pyne with the allocation of our team, equipment, and resources in order to meet client expectations. Matt has the ability to establish effective working relations with the public and coworkers. He also has a great knowledge to maintain records of work activities such as dealing with the project delivery teams.
Kate has over 40 years of experience in customer service between banking and construction businesses. Her skills are immaculate with the mindset that everyone be treated as family. Her mission is to ensure that everyone is being helped accordingly and to provide reassurance. Kate has a great sense of humor and outside the office she enjoys spending time with her 4 children and 10 grandchildren at the lake. Aside from the office, Kate also has a love for culinary arts.
Jonathan Sobak, Administrator
Jon, with over 30 years combined corporate and small business experience, brings a consultative approach to understanding clients needs. He is very family oriented which allows him to understand the value of your home. Outside of work he has a passion for coaching his children’s team sports and spending time with his family. He also enjoys taking his Lab mix for long walks.
