Combining a business background with construction experience and a passion for the outdoors, William “Guy” Pyne has been the driving force in building Dooley-Pyne into a nationally recognized landscape and snow removal company. While much of William’s horticultural experience has come through hands-on, real-life experience, he has bolstered his acumen in this area with numerous seminars and professional certifications.
William is ever present at Dooley-Pyne, holding accountability for all aspects of the company’s performance. He is also actively involved in the community – regularly supporting and giving back to local organizations through volunteer and financial efforts – which he considers his greatest achievement.
William holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
Since joining Dooley-Pyne in 1997, Bob has held numerous positions with the organization and has developed into one of the industry’s most respected leaders. His ability to create functional yet appealing designs, his hands-on approach to client satisfaction, his unique leadership style, as well as his team mentality and employee coaching abilities, have enabled Dooley-Pyne to rise and prosper since his first day on the job.
Bob’s core responsibilities today include project estimation, scheduling, design, and most importantly, customer satisfaction.
Bob is a 1998 graduate of West Chester University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
Billy is the dedicated leader of the Dooley-Pyne maintenance division, holding responsibility for the day-to-day activities of our landscape service crews, as well as being a primary contact for our clients. With more than 20 years in the horticultural industry, and having completed many professional development courses, Billy has become a trusted resource for turf and plant care. Billy is a valued asset at Dooley-Pyne, specializing in garden pest and weed control, pruning, turf revitalization, general landscape clean-up and upkeep.
Christine, a landscape industry veteran with 10-plus years of experience, is the primary leader of our crew performance and quality assurance programs. With a passion for plants and turf, she treats every client’s property as if it were her own. Christine has a unique ability to anticipate her clients’ needs, and works tirelessly to ensure they are satisfied.
Lynne oversees our internal office staff and day-to-day accounting functions. Activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and payroll fall within her jurisdiction. Lynne is known for her pleasant demeanor, strong organizational skills and efficient communication.
She is a 1991 graduate of Delaware Valley College.
Rigoberto “Rigo” is the primary leader for the crew performance and quality assurance programs for our commercial maintenance division. He is a valued asset and is highly skilled in all aspects of landscaping. His main role is to accompany the crew while onsite and instruct, teach and oversee each individual crew member. Rigo will ensure that any special tasks are completed along with addressing any issues that may come about.
Eric is our eyes and ears for our quality assurance program. He will work side by side with Rigoberto and our crew members along with meeting the property managers to discuss status and progress. Since Eric is also multi-versed with many skills, he oversee’s and completes any repairs that are needed throughout the season. Eric is highly regarded in the company and plays a crucial role in ensuring our standards are met on a daily basis.
